Meeting - April 5, 2013

Carpet in basement will be removed after painting. Runners on stair from first floor to second will remain until after Phase II completion.

Hardware in basement to be the same as in Duxbury Living room. Ross to spec and purchase.

Range Hood - We are investigating whether we can get away without a range hood in the kitchen or possibly a recirculating unit. Big Mike will find out at framing inspection on Monday 4/8.

2nd floor toilet - May need a toilet with a lower tank in Guest Bath since the counter is running over it we will need to be able to remove tank cover. LL to spec. Master Closet Pocket Door - Does not have to match others exactly if we don't have one that works. A nice solid paneled door like used in Duxbury master bath is fine. Ross to order

Lighting - Look at ceiling mounted fixtures and see if they are in good enough condition to reinstall. Note which rooms need new. Big Mike will do on Monday.

Eliza's Desk - Measure up area and update drawings.Big Mike will measure on Monday.
