Meeting - April 5, 2013

Present: LL, Julia

Amelias Room:

• Wants a cork wall on hall door wall
• Paint: Discussed colors - gave samples to forward to Amelia

Eliza’s Room:

• Discussed colors - game samples to forward to Eliza
• Please forward Eliza’s online design scheme to LL

Kitchen:

• Cabinet color is accepted
• Cabinet grain is NOT. Julia would like traditional grain as opposed to the linear grain of sample.
• Door selection is quarter round. NO reveal edge as previously decided. The quarter round is the same as she currently has in her kitchen.
• Perimeter counter tops to be Caesarstone in Pebble - honed. Shelf (ledge) backsplash and surface all to be same material.
• Caesarstone slab is tagged at Westwood.
• Granite for island is not confirmed. LL to re-select Monday 4/8 and forward to Julia.
• Paint: Julia would like to hold off painting the kitchen and dining room walls until the cabinets and countertops are installed. Wall color pending.
• Kitchen faucet to be the same as Duxbury.
• Hardware to be the same as Duxbury.

Powder Room:

• Fixtures ordered
• Paint: Wall color all set

Living room:

• Paint: Walls to be same color as Duxbury Familyroom. LL has the formula.
• LL to find sconces.

Hall:

• Paint: Wall color selected

Girls Bath:

• Tile ordered
• Fixtures ordered
• Counter top and bench to be White Rhino
• Base TBD - maple?
• Wall color all set
• Julia would like a boxed in bench with a shelf (ledge). She does not want an open bench seat. Ledge and seat (horizontal) to be granite. Vertical substrates to be tile.

Guest Shower:

• Boxed bench. No shelf.
• Would like a niche where former window was. See inspiration photo of master bath for idea. Arched.

Additional:

• Paint: All trim in the house to be Super White
• Paint: Considering painting the first floor ceilings a shade of walls to accent the ceiling moldings and medallion
• Confirmed toilet in master bath (Duxbury) was what she wanted and found sku#.
• Spoke about communications - Blog / spreadsheet / google docs.
