Meeting Notes 9/5/13

Electrical

1. Need to know where sconces are going. Give Dan dimensions
2. Little lighted mirror installed at 56" to center on closet wall. 
3. Steam unit goes under bench now. With access panel in WC for service. 
4. We will be installing the electrical radiant heat as per JA.

Carpentry

1. Reverse main door to open against window.. 
2. Make sure vent to 2nd floor bath continues out. ERNIE
3. Cover brick in shower with strapping for Durock and tile. 
4. Change pocket door back to 28" hinged inswing. To open against shower wall. 
5. Build higher ledge where brick is in tub area.  Similar to back splash kitchen.
6. Frame down to header for shower door. To match WC door height. 
7. Frame for shower bench.Steam unit goes under bench now. With access panel in WC for service. 

Plumbing

1. Tub controller in ledge to right of head   
2. Locate where shower controls go so Folsom can keep steam controls in line. 
3. Do we have an issue with tub filler placement? Regarding electrical and plumbing and shower controls. 
4. Steam unit goes under bench now. With access panel in WC for service. 

Miscellaneous

1. Purchase dual coil waterproof speaker. 
2. Foam walls?  Due to the need to save space we had to frame the walls with 2x4 studs.  This in turn requires us to up grade the insulation to Icynene.  Change Order will be forthcoming
