Basement

• HVAC - Has been inspected.  Grills will be installed after painting.
• Water Heater -  The existing water heater is in good condition.  We recommend seeing if there is any issue with it before spending the money on a different one.  Easy enough to do at anytime.
• Carpet - Extra. will be removed next week.  Julia and LL to spec new asap.
• Cabinet Hardware -  Julia and LL to spec new asap. 
• Sound system install - Wired by electrician finish after painting.
• Pipe Heating - Is done.
• Repair pantry shelf - to be done at finish
• New washer and Dryer - Extra. Ordered and waiting for delivery.
• Install pet door under stairs - Extra.  Will be done at finish.

First Floor

• Front light - to be done before painting
• Restore and weather proof front door; brass kickplate - Extra.  Brass kick plates have been ordered. Door will be restored when the weather is warm enough to remove it. 
• Stained glass over front door - Extra.  Looking for salvaged pieces that will work.
• Speaker installation - Kitchen speakers will be installed after painting
• Pantry sink/toilet - LL to spec new.
• Keystone for fireplace in Dining Room - Looking
• New Plaster moldings - Extra. 4/12. After sheet rock and before plaster. within next 2 weeks.
• Replace windows - Extra. All windows to be replaced when they are delivered. By 5/1.
• Plaster Finish Work - Scheduled for 4/11
• Appliances - Have been ordered and are ready for installation.
• Plumbing fixtures - Mostly ordered. LL to finish up.
• Paint - Starts 4/26
• Finish Floors - After painting. Probably 5/15.
• Install sconces - At finish after painting
• Range hood - Range hood will go in during phase II and run straight up through soffit through roof

Second Floor

• Guest bath vanity design - After rock and plaster.
• Tile/counter materials ordered - After cabinet installation. Approx. 5/7
• Glass for shower - When tile is finished.
• Steam unit for MBath - Steam bath cannot go under bench it needs too much clearance. I want it to go in a soffit over the toilet in the master bath water closet.
• Medicine cabinet - for guest bath has been framed in same location as original.
• Sconces - For Guest Bath to be supplied by Owner.
• TV for MBed - Size, brand and model to be determined by Client. Installed at finish.
• Design Master Bath - Ready to look at.
• Closet designs (2) - 4/11
• Closet Installation - 5/7
• Plaster/finish work - 4/11
• Window replacement - 5/1ish
• Sound system (Mbed/bath) - Wired by electrician finish after painting.
• Replace hall recessed light fixtures to white - Extra. 
• T-stat - Wifi brand TBD. installed at finish
• Paint - Starts 4/26

Third Floor

• Girls Bath vanity shops - by 4/10
• Shelf/cabinet over toilet - TBD
• Finalize finishes for bathroom (tile/paint) - LL & Julia
• Eliza’s desk design - ASAP. Eliza to submit updated plan for redlining.
