Notes - 4/22/13

1. Doors & Windows
1. Laura Lee to choose door hardware for rear door.
2. We will fabricate and install a barn door for the master bedroom on barn door hardware.
3. Brass kick plates have been installed on exterior front door.
4. We will adjust rear door to exterior brick plane and trim appropriately.
5. Window replacement started 4/22
   
2. Electrical
1. Laura Lee to pick light fixture for front door exterior.
2. We will move light switches and alarm panel in master bedroom to allow for barn door.
3. Dimmers will be installed on all primary areas.
   
3. Floors
1. LL to choose carpet for basement and basement stairs.
2. Floor sanding will start in the kitchen this week.  We will screen the floors and determine if this will be sufficient with Julia before moving forward.
   
4. Hardware
1. Ross will order all cabinet hardware.
   
5. Master Bedroom
1. We will add outlets at both bedside tables as originally planned.
2. Julia will supply TV.
   
6. HVAC
1. AC installation will be completed this week.
