Electrical
- lighting plan in guest and girls' bathrooms to be confirmed
- Move recessed in kitchen to accommodate soffit
- LL to help find exterior fixture
- LL Holding on LR sconces – Julia is going to try to find antiques
- Kitchen Lighting - 5 lights need to be relocated in the kitchen.
- (1) at fridge needs to be bumped out to sit in front of the fridge.
- The others that are on the same wall will be moved down into the soffit when it is built and be changed to 4" diameter.
- The one over the sink will be moved down into the soffit and be 4" diameter and the one over the coffee maker cabinet will be moved out into the room.
- Ceilings do not need to be patched in plaster if we decide to put wood ceiling over.\
HVAC – new unit in place and looks good – still waiting on new T-stats
Cabinets/Appliances
- Confirm spacing for opening door of coffee machine as relates to window/trim
- Adjust size of drawer in girls' bathroom vanity to 12" to move sinks closer together
- Waiting on Ross for stove comparison with pricing
- Peter to send new rev of hutch design + wine fridge proposal
Paint - Painters have started and have some colors. LL will be applying colors to the walls forr confirmation with the client.
- Waterborne "oil" paint approved for trim
- New color samples to go up today to finalize last remaining rooms (except for kitchen/dining room which is waiting on cabinets to go in)
Carpentry/Misc
- Trim - We are trying to find door casing that is close to existing but it doesn't have to be exact.LR windows still to be hung
- Barn door plan agreed for Mbr
- Flooring agreed on for Mbr - will patch with yellow pine.
- Screen door – Mike is researching as relates to door trim
- Medicine cabinet TBD
- Add shelf in guest shower at 13"
- Powder room brick to be sealed
