Project Overview

Project start date 1/2/13

1. New kitchen
• New 36" Range - downdraft
• New 36" fridge - Sub-Zero
• New DW
• New Coffee maker
• New cabinetry
• Raise windows
• Relocate doors to porch - to dining room (?)
2. Screen porch
• Screen in deck off kitchen
• Railings
• Roof deck above
• Storage below - bikes etc.
3. Renovate 2nd floor bath.
4. 3rd floor bath
• Re-tile
• Paint
5. Build new master suite - 2nd floor
• New door to deck
• Build master bath/closet over kitchen
• New door to Master bath
6. New windows at front of house.
7. Update or replace HVAC
• Split into (2) zones - basement & 1st floor, 2nd & 3rd floor
8. Remove pos at kitchen interior doorway
9. Find new keystone for fireplace mantle.

10. Re-point exterior

We will have Existing Conditions come through for a measure up in the next couple of weeks.  Once that is done we can put together a sketch of what we are proposing i.e. porch deck master bath etc. so we can go to the city.
